The HighNoon FC (Fender Compatible) is the first Rocky Mounts hitch rack specifically designed to carry bikes with or without fenders. Built on the monorail platform with additions like an upswept base for improved departure angle and a tiered platform for better handlebar clearance. The HighNoon FC offers a stable, frame-free transport system. Its dual strap tire retention system ensures secure loading for a wide variety of bikes, including those equipped with fenders.

- Solo version can use the Adapter sleeve to fit 1.25 inch model into 2 inch hitches (Add-On not compatible in this setup)
- Not for use with trailers, towed vehicles, or RVs
